How do I contact Wheely Partner team?

Once you are a driver you can:
  • Contact the driver support team. This can be done via a messaging system 24 hours a day through the app. When you are on a ride (including on your way to the pickup location) you also have the option to call the support team. This is also done via the app.
  • For other inquiries you can email the London Office at londonpartners@wheely.com.

    Please note: that all emails that do not state the driver’s full name, email address and telephone number will not be responded to.
