Once you are a driver you can:
- Contact the driver support team. This can be done via a messaging system 24 hours a day through the app. When you are on a ride (including on your way to the pickup location) you also have the option to call the support team. This is also done via the app.
- For other inquiries you can email the London Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.Please make sure you provide us with one of below details to help us identify you easily and respond to you as quickly and efficiently as possible:
- Your name
- Email address (that you have registered with)
- Mobile phone number (that you have registered with)
