Pre-booked journey cancellation (release) policy

Last-minute releases have a significant impact on service reliability, often leading to passenger cancellations. By reducing these occurrences, we can improve overall service reliability and, in turn, reduce passenger cancellations—a change that benefits all chauffeurs.

Please carefully review the key points below to understand how this policy works:

Late Release or Missing Distribution:

  • A late release of a prebooked journey (less than 3 hours before pickup) or missing the distribution of a prebooked journey you booked yourself will count as an infraction.

Restriction After 3 Infractions:

  • After 3 infractions within a rolling 7-day period, you will no longer have access to the new prebook list for 3 days. Please note, the rolling period counts the last 7 days, not calendar weeks.

Existing Prebooks:

  • Any prebooks you have already scheduled before the restriction will remain visible, and you can still perform those journeys.

We kindly remind you to carefully manage your prebooked journeys and ensure timely updates to avoid potential restrictions.
