How to upload new/ expired documents:

All document must be uploaded through the Partner Dashboard.
Please see our documentation guidelines for further information on how to upload the documents.

Please bear in mind it may take up to 24 hours to check the document(s). Chauffeurs are able to upload new documents 2 days before the expiry date of the old documents. Please consider that if you upload new documents on the date of expiry or after, you may risk a delay in being activated.
