What is Wheely Privileges?

It’s Wheely loyalty programme for chauffeurs. The more you drive with Wheely and the better your service, the more privileges you unlock: earlier access to prebooks, destination visibility on offers, priority support and more.

There are three levels: No Tier (where everyone starts), Silver, and Gold, which is the highest. Each tier includes everything from the one below it.

How often does my tier change?
Your tier is set once a month, based on your performance in the previous calendar month. Once it’s assigned, it’s fixed until the end of that month. For example, your December tier is based on your results from 1 to 30 November.

How do I get Silver or Gold?

Every month you can unlock a tier, Silver or Gold, by meeting four goals: online hours, ASAP journeys, rating and acceptance rate. The tier you earn in one month gives you its privileges for the next.

What goals do I have to meet?

There are four main performance metrics you have to meet: online hours, ASAP journeys, rating and acceptance rate. Goals are different per class and can vary on monthly basis. You can always find it in your app under Wheely Privileges section.

For example, in January number of journeys may be lower than in June as number of journeys is less on the market in general.

What counts as an ASAP journey?
Any ASAP journey, or a prebook that turned into an ASAP journey. It counts if it was completed, or cancelled with a fee.

Where can I see my progress?
In the app, on the Privileges screen. You can see your current tier, what you need for the next one, and your live progress on each goal. The screen also shows what you’ll get at your current tier and at the next one.

What do I get with each tier?

Silver and Gold give you privileges such as earlier access to prebooks, visibility for the drop-off postcode area on every offer, priority Customer Service chat, free delivery of amenities and more.

Some privileges may differ by service class, city and month. The full list for your tier is always in the app.

Keeping and changing your tier

I’m new to Wheely. What tier do I start with?
Your first calendar month is a trial at Silver, so you get the privileges from day one. Join with less than 14 days left in the month, and your trial runs through the following month as well. After the trial, your tier is based on your results like everyone else’s.

What happens if I don’t meet the goals one month?
Your tier for the next month changes to match your results. For example, if you’re Gold and only meet the Silver goals, you’ll be Silver. The app will show you which goals you missed and what you need to earn your tier back.

Will I get a warning before I lose my tier?
You can check your live progress in the app at any time during the month, so you can see early whether you’re on track.

I’m going on holiday or taking a break. Will I lose my Gold?
Gold chauffeurs have a Tier Freeze. If you fall short in a month, we extend your Gold status for the next month. It can be used once per calendar year, and it’s for Gold only. The app will tell you if you’ve already used it this year.

Can I earn privileges by being strong in just one area?
No. All four goals have to be met in the same month.
