How do I upload new documents?

All documents must be uploaded through the Partner dashboard.

Please see our documentation guidelines for further information on how to upload the documents.

You will receive an email notification 1 month before the expiry date as well as in-app notification. You will also receive another reminder 2 days before the expiry date.

Please bear in mind it may take up to 24 hours to check the document(s). You are able to upload new documents at any point in time. Please consider that if you upload new documents on the date of expiry or after, you may risk a delay in being activated.
