How do I amend my booking and add requests?
For making amendments in the Web Portal:

Go to the Journeys tab and click on the journey number.

From here you are able to edit the dropoff location and add additional stops as well.

You are also able to add a special request or reference to the journey.
For making amendments in the App:

Open the Wheely App and the scheduled journey should automatically appear.

Click Edit Journey.

You are then able to change the dropoff location, adjust the pickup time, change payment method, add a comment, add a reference, view the journey details or cancel the journey.
If you wish to change the pickup location, you will be required to cancel the journey and book another with the amended address.
