How do I change my payment method?
The payment method is automatically set to a credit card.
Please contact your dedicated Account Manager if you’d like to change the payment method to payment via bank transfer.
If you would like to change the card on the system, then please log in to the desktop portal here and locate the Billing tab.
You are then able to click the gear symbol next to the Payment Method to open Settings.
Underneath Payment Details you are able to change the current card on your account.
