Fixed-rate journeys are available between New York and the Hamptons, anywhere between Hampton Bays and Montauk or from anywhere in our pickup area.

Please note that the flat-rate fee excludes taxes, regulatory fees, parking, and tolls where applicable. Journeys booked from the Hamptons back to NYC can be scheduled from as little as 5 hours from the time of booking.

Group and Extended Bookings

You may book journeys for guests not travelling in the same vehicle using our “Book for Another Person” feature. By providing your guest’s name and phone number in the app, both you and your guest will receive the journey details. This can be arranged alongside your own booking.

Wheely Members may also reserve their chauffeur for up to an entire day, offering flexibility across their chosen day of travel. Members may book this by selecting “Chauffeur For a Day” in the Wheely app.

Are return journeys available?

Absolutely, throughout the season we will make journeys available in the Wheely App, both to and from the Hamptons.

Should I schedule my journey in advance?

While journeys are available on demand across our NYC service area, we recommend scheduling your journey in advance during the season. Return journeys from the Hamptons to NYC are available from 5 hours notice, however we recommend scheduling your journey in advance to ensure seamless travel.

What locations in the Hamptons are available for the fixed-rate journeys?

Fixed-rate journeys are available between New York and the Hamptons, anywhere between Hampton Bays and Montauk.

How do I arrange my journey?

Simply enter your preferred destination in the Wheely App and the fixed-rate will be automatically applied to applicable journeys.
