Stewards' Enclosure members and guests are dropped at the dedicated Stewards' Enclosure main entrance, one of the closest possible points to the enclosures and the riverside, reserved for Wheely guests. You step from the car and into the day, with only the shortest of walks between you and the lawns. Regatta Enclosure guests continue a short distance further to their own entrance.

For guests attending official hospitality at Fawley Meadows Enclosure or Temple Island, journeys can be booked to the dedicated Wheely pick-up and drop-off point at the Fawley Meadows entrance.

Wheely guests have access to dedicated pick-up and drop-off points directly outside the enclosure entrances. When booking in the Wheely app, simply enter “Henley Royal Regatta” and select your enclosure for a smooth and considered arrival.
All journeys to and from Henley Royal Regatta may be booked on demand or in advance through the Wheely app, with full flexibility to add stops and additional passengers while en route.

You may book journeys for guests not travelling in the same vehicle using our “Book for Another Person” feature. By providing your guest’s name and phone number in the app, both you and your guest will receive the journey details. This can be arranged alongside your own booking.
Wheely Members may also reserve their chauffeur for up to an entire day, offering flexibility across multiple engagements throughout the Regatta. Each hour includes 10 free miles, with any additional miles charged at standard fares. Members may book this by selecting “Chauffeur For a Day” in the Wheely app.
