What should I do if I’ve had an accident?

Important: if you or a passenger are severely injured and require emergency assistance or if anyone is in imminent danger please immediately call 999.

If you and the passengers are safe, and not at risk:

  1. Immediately contact the Customer Service team and tell them your and your passenger’s condition, your location and the nature of your incident.

  2. The Customer Service team will remove from you the current journey and will temporarily waitlist your vehicle.

  3. The Customer Service team will send another car for your passenger.

  4. Take pictures of the accident and send them to the Customer Service team.

  5. Call the police to register the accident, if necessary.

If you get into an accident on the way to the pick-up location:

  • If necessary, call 999.

  • Immediately contact the Customer Service team by calling the Customer Service using a special button in the Customer Service section in the app.

  • The Customer Service team will remove from you the current journey and will temporarily waitlist your vehicle.

  • Call the police to register the accident.

  • Take pictures of the accident.
