Throughout the event Wheely guests can access the Wheely Lounge, a space to refresh, recharge, and prepare for onward journeys.

Guests further benefit from exclusive pick-up and drop-off directly next to the hospitality entrance.

For your convenience, simply enter “LGCT London” as your destination in the Wheely App when travelling to the event and select your preferred drop-off location.

Due to increased demand during the event, we recommend scheduling your journeys in advance to ensure a smooth and timely experience

All journeys may be booked on demand or in advance through the Wheely app, with full flexibility to add stops and additional passengers while en route.

Whether attending as a guest, hosting clients, or travelling onwards to private engagements, Wheely allows you to plan your journey around your schedule.

Our Business, First, and Luxe Classes can seat three passengers comfortably. XL Class can seat up to six passengers, ideal for group travel and shared journeys.

Journeys can be arranged for guests not travelling in the same vehicle using our “Book for Another Person” feature. By providing your guest’s name and phone number in the app, you and your guest will receive the journey details. You may do this concurrently with your own journey booking.

Wheely members may also reserve their chauffeur for up to an entire day, offering flexibility across multiple engagements throughout the event, by selecting “Chauffeur for a Day” in the app.
