How do I appeal a PCN incurred on a Wheely journey?

If you receive a PCN during a Wheely journey, there are two steps to appeal this notice.

  1. You can use your journey history from your dashboard to appeal the PCN via the online portal provided by the PCN letter.

  2. If the PCN issuer requests more information, you can refer to your journey history in the dashboard via chauffeur.wheely.com and provide this to the issue. This displays the journey date, times and includes your name and vehicle registration.

It is important to note that Wheely will not provide any further details about the journey. You can read more about this in our privacy policy.

What happens if my appeal is refused?

If your appeal has been refused, we are unable to provide further information beyond that found on your dashboard chauffeur.wheely.com.

I am concerned about my future journeys due to the result of my PCN appeal.
