Guests receive a WhatsApp or text message with booking details and a journey-tracking link. We will notify them when the chauffeur is en route, waiting, or if any journey details change.

They can also download the Wheely app and view the journey there—just like you.

What if a guest installs the app after booking?

They can still view the journey in the app if they have created an account using the same phone number you provided for them.

Can I specify guest preferences?

Preferences from your account are not applied. The chauffeur will check temperature and music preferences with the guest, or attune them to those set in the guest’s app. You can also add any special requests using the 'Add a Comment' option.

Who pays for a journey?

The journey is always charged to the payment method you used when booking.

Can guests amend a journey?

Only you can modify the journey details via the Wheely app. However, your guest may contact our 24/7 Customer Service for prompt assistance at any time.

What data is visible to a chauffeur?

The chauffeur only sees the guest’s name, which you specify in the app. For enhanced privacy, phone calls are routed discreetly so that their phone number is never revealed.
