How do I book a journey?
Via the Wheely for Business portal

Click New journey and enter the journey details. You do not need to enter the destination as your chauffeur will ask.

Click Request a Chauffeur.
Via the Wheely app

Enter the pickup address or pinpoint it on the map.

Tap Next and enter the details. You do not need to enter the destination as your chauffeur will ask.
Booking in advance
Book a new journey as usual, click Schedule, and enter the date and time required.
Booking for another person
Book a new journey as usual, click Add guest passenger, and enter the passenger’s name and phone number.
Your guest passenger does not need to install the Wheely app, and will receive a confirmation text message containing a link to track the status.
Ordering multiple journeys
After booking the first journey, simply click Request One More.
Meet and Greet with Name-Board
If you would like to be met by a chauffeur holding a name-board, simply add your request in the Add a Comment section.
