What if I notice that a chauffeur is looking unwell?

Needless to say, we have emphasised the need for all chauffeurs to follow governmental advice and stay at home should they start to feel unwell.

If you do have any concerns about the health of your chauffeur, please use the Wheely app to contact our passenger Customer Service team. We will ensure that the chauffeur does not accept any more journeys until they have undertaken an appropriate health screening.
