Passenger has too much luggage

If a passenger has too much luggage that you feel you cannot safely transport in your vehicle, please contact the support team as soon as possible, and send them a picture of the luggage.

The support team will then contact the passenger directly and if required arrange for a second vehicle or a larger vehicle to transport the luggage.

It is important that you follow this procedure as neither the passenger or Wheely is responsible for any damage incurred to your vehicle from transporting large amounts of luggage.
