What should I do in case of an accident?

  • Make sure that you and your passengers are not at risk (life and health are safe)
  • If necessary, call an ambulance
  • Immediately contact support team by calling the support using a special button in the support section in the app
  • Tell the support team your location, the nature of the damage, the health of you and your passengers
  • The support team will remove from you the current ride and remove the car active service
  • The support team will send another car for your passengers.
  • Take pictures of the accident.
  • Call the police to register the accident.
If you have gotten into an accident on the way to the pick-up location:
  • If necessary, call an ambulance.

  • Call the police to register the fact of an accident.
  • Take pictures of the accident.
