Most likely, this is due tot low or no internet connection on your device.
- Move to a zone with more stable signal reception;
- Check if there is internet access on the device. Try to open any site through a browser on your smartphone. If the site does not open, there is no internet on your device. Change your location or replenish your mobile phone account.
- In case the above actions did not help you, reboot the device.
